Jim Garth, Class VII

May 11, 2007 After serving as an officer in the US Navy for four years, Jim moved to Tempe and got his MBA degree from ASU in 1978, and has lived here ever since. Jim owns Keystone Residential Lending, a residential mortgage loan company with offices located in Chandler. Jim’s wife, Jodie, who earned a BA degree from ASU, works for the Tempe Parks & Recreation Department. The Garths have three children that include both an ASU and a U of A graduate, the youngest of which is 21 years old and is enrolled in the Nursing Program at Mesa Community College.
