March 01, 2007 The Tempe Citizens Corps Council (TCCC), sponsored by the Tempe Police Department, deals with disaster preparedness in the City of Tempe. Council members must live or work in Tempe and ideally represent the faith community, small business, healthcare or the scouting community.
